Construction Labour Relations Stringer Brisbin Humphrey represents construction employers in all areas and sectors of the Ontario construction industry. Our practical, problem-solving approach, our understanding of the issues in historical context and our long-term relationships with employer organizations and trade unions, provide our clients with a distinct advantage. We understand current trends and we have access to information about what is going on in the industry. Our services include: Representing construction employers before the Ontario Labour Relations Board in matters concerning applications for certification, applications for the termination of bargaining rights, jurisdictional disputes and construction industry grievances Advising and representing Employers Bargaining Agents (EBAs) in province wide bargaining in the industrial, commercial and institutional (ICI ) sector of the construction industry. Assisting individual employers with collective bargaining outside the ICI sector in the residential, sewer and water mains, roads, heavy engineering, pipeline and electrical power systems sector
