Executive Transfers
         

We regularly provide advice and assistance to our clients in obtaining the work permits required for cross-border hiring of employees in a wide range of occupational groups (e.g. executive, professional, managerial, sales/service) on both a permanent and temporary basis.  We provide full support to both the applicant and the employer at every stage of the application process. 

We also assist with inter-company transfers of employees from corporate branches located outside Canada.  We are most commonly asked to assist with transfers under NAFTA (The North American Trade Agreement) and GATS (Goods Agreement on Trades in Services)
