Jeff Murray is a partner in the Canadian labour relations and employment law firm Stringer Brisbin Humphrey. He acts exclusively for employers in all sectors of the economy, particularly in the manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and public sectors.

Jeff has extensive experience representing clients in collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, Labour Relations Board litigation, and human rights complaints. He regularly provides strategic advice and counsel with respect to termination of employment and union avoidance. He has appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario, and before numerous employment-related tribunals.

Jeff's goal is to assist clients in achieving their immediate and long-term objectives in an efficient and cost effective manner through rigorous and thoughtful problem solving. He frequently works with clients based in the United States.

Jeff has published articles in the Lawyers Weekly, Law Times, Canadian HR Reporter, and Canadian Cases on Employment law. He has been a contributing editor to the Federated Press journal Management Rights. He speaks regularly on topics such as Managing in an Unionized Workplace, Maintaining the Union Free Workplace, Termination of Employment, Construction Labour Relations, and Workplace Privacy.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Toronto, and received his law degree from Queen's University. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997.
