Landon Young is co-chair of the firm's Occupational Health and Safety Group. His experience includes:
- representing clients before the courts and administrative tribunals on a wide variety of matters
- representing employers facing charges under the Occupational Health and Safety Act
- counsel to employers in wrongful dismissal actions and judicial review applications
- appearing on behalf of employers in arbitration and labour relations matters
- negotiating collective agreements for employers
- negotiating favourable and cost-effective resolutions of employment litigation in mediation sessions
Landon also provides clients with proactive advice on employment and labour law. He has advised clients on employment and labour issues arising as a result of insolvencies, amalgamations and acquisitions.
